Industrial Visits
The Department always remains in close contact with government departments and private chemical industries. Regular field visits to chemical industries are arranged for students. These visits are not restricted to NWFP but ranges through the whole country. Such field visits are found very helpful in broadening the vision of the students in the field of Chemical Engineering.

Placement Opportunities
There is a large range of employment opportunities for Chemical Engineers, from large transnational companies, to small locally based companies, and from the petrochemical industries to food industries.

Graduates of this department are recognized as the country’s finest Chemical Engineers. The Department has for produced 128 engineers in five batches; most of them are holding respectable positions in public and private organizations of national and international repute.
